Create your own RAU Cocktail, whilst learning the tricks of the trade from our very own mixologist

• A Quick introduction from our Mixolgist about his background in cocktail making and his experience
• Guests will then be allocated a section where all of their cocktail making equipment is presented in front of them
• Our Mixologist will then quickly run though the cocktails that they will be making today, giving a brief history of the drink and roughly what they will be doing
• They will then start a step-by-step process with the guests, walking them through building their cocktail, those who don’t drink will have the alcohol swapped for a non-alcoholic equivalent.
• Guests will be given a printed, step by step instruction sheet that they can take away and recreate their cocktails at home
• Once the guests are finished creating their cocktails, they will all have a taste, share thoughts and discuss
• Guest will then move onto their second cocktail and repeat the process again, reviewing their cocktails and deciding their favourite
• All Glassware, Equipment, Alcohol, Mixers and Garnish included in the price
