Experience and compare local craft beers, stouts and ales, whilst learning about brewing processes and how beer is made, at this RAU beer tasting event.

• We will have a selection of brewing elements available, hops, barley etc. and discuss their importance to the brewing process and the flavours/ characteristics they bring
• We will start with a selection of locally sourced products. We will showcase a Beer, Lager, Ale and Stout and discuss the brewing processes and differences between each product
• Followed by a quick taste test of each product, showing the guests the correct way to aerate and taste
• Non-alcoholic vs alcoholic equivalent. Which one do you prefer? Why?
• World renowned Stout vs Locally brewed equivalent. What are you tasting? What flavours can you distinguish? Which one do you prefer?
• Takeaway info sheets on all beers tasted and information about them will be available for all guests at the end of the session
