The Gym is open from 0630hrs until 2200hrs every day.

You will need to complete a Gym Induction and fill out a medical questionnaire (if you haven't already done so previously) before access to the Gym can be given. You will be sent the questionnaire once you join up along with a date to attend your induction.

Access to the Gym is normally given within 48 hrs of the medical questionnaire being submitted. You will be notified of when access has been granted via email.
