15.30 – Meet at Rural Innovation Centre for tea and tour

19.00 – Drinks in the Tythe Barn

19.30 – Dinner in the Bathurst Dining Room

Dress: Black tie

The dinner price includes tea, pre-dinner drinks, a three course meal and tea/coffee.

£20 cash will be collected on the night for wine and port at the table, which is being supplied by the organising team.

Bed and breakfast accommodation is available to book with the dinner, as set out below. Meal choices and dietary requirements will be requested at the checkout stage.
